Personal card help

Your card. Your introduction.

Create a free personal card, make it your own, and share the details you choose. Uploading an existing card, using Card Studio, sharing, contact saving and supported Wallet options are free personal features.

  1. Start with your name and email.

Choose Create your free card, enter your name and card email, and follow the account setup. Your phone, company and work role are optional. You can add them later.

Already have an account? Sign in to My Account to open a card or create another personal card.

  2. Upload a card or design your own.

Open your card in Card Studio. Choose Upload existing card for a PNG, JPEG or WebP image, or begin with the editable layout. Review extracted names, email addresses and phone numbers before saving; image reading can make mistakes.

Add a logo or emblem, change the lettering and colors, and arrange the elements. On a phone, use Edit for details and Arrange to position them. Save your changes before sharing.

  3. Make the introduction.

Open Text my card, check the selected card, and tap Text my card. Choose Messages in your phone's share sheet. Your recipient taps the link to save your card to Wallet, save your contact, or create a free card. No account is needed to save your card or contact.

If you have several cards, check that you are sharing the right one. Sharing a card and confirming a personal connection are separate actions.

For quicker access on iPhone, open the sharing page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Your Vpalle icon opens the sharing screen. Sign in there once if needed. You can also show the QR code or copy the link to a message.

  4. Keep the card in Wallet or contacts.

Choose Add to Apple Wallet on your card or a card you received, then follow your Apple device’s prompt. Wallet requires a compatible Apple device. If no Wallet option is available, keep the card link or use Save Contact.

If Add to Google Wallet is shown, choose it and follow Google’s prompt using a supported Google account and device. During test access, only approved testers can save passes and passes are marked TEST ONLY. Availability may differ between your own card and a received card; the message beside the button describes the current access. Keep the card link or save the contact if Google Wallet is unavailable.

Save Contact downloads a contact file. Open that file and confirm the save in your contacts app. Downloading a file alone does not add a person to your address book.

A little more help.

My uploaded details need correcting.

Open the card in Studio, edit the extracted details, and save. You can also upload a clearer image with the full card visible. Keep a readable original and check the email and phone numbers yourself.

Wallet or contact saving did not open.

Try opening the card link in your device’s browser. Apple Wallet needs a compatible Apple device. Google Wallet test access requires an approved tester account; check the availability message beside its button. A downloaded contact file needs to be opened in a contacts app. If the card says it is unavailable, ask the sender for a current card. If a current card still fails, contact support with the device, browser and error message.

I need to change my card or account details.

Use Studio to change a card’s details and layout. Use Settings in My Account for your account preferences. A card email is a contact detail; editing it does not change your sign-in email.

I need help signing in.

Open My Account and use the sign-in or password recovery options shown there. Contact support if you cannot complete recovery. Never send your password or a password recovery link.

What happens if I retire a card?

Retirement ends the card’s live availability. Contacts, screenshots and copies already saved outside Vpalle cannot be erased remotely. Read the confirmation in My Account before retiring a card.

Support & abuse reports

We can help with the next step.

For an account or card problem, email the device and browser you use, what you tried, and the error shown. Include only the details needed to explain the issue.

For impersonation, an unwanted introduction or other misuse, describe what happened and include the relevant public card link if available. Do not send passwords, recovery links or private invitation links.
