Artwork & uploads
Your artwork. Your permission.
Effective September 30, 2026 · Version 2026-09-30
Upload content you are authorized to use
By confirming artwork permission and saving an upload, you represent that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to use and share it on your digital card. This includes logos, emblems, photographs, card designs and any personal information shown in an image. A work card may need permission from your employer or another rights holder. Do not upload material that infringes another person’s rights, impersonates someone or misleadingly implies an affiliation.
You retain ownership
You grant Vpalle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to authorize its service providers, to store, reproduce, resize, extract card details from, format, display and distribute your uploads to operate your profile and digital cards, including cards you choose to share.
Wallet and hosting providers
When your card is issued to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, its card details and artwork may be sent to the applicable provider. You authorize this submission and confirm that you have the rights needed for that provider to process the content under its applicable terms. Google’s API terms include a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free, non-exclusive content license for providing, securing and improving its APIs and related services, subject to its privacy policies. Private Vpalle contact notes and the connection graph are not part of the Wallet card submission. Your profile photo remains in the app.

Removal and reports
Vpalle may restrict or remove disputed or unauthorized content and restrict repeat violations. Removing an upload does not erase copies already downloaded, saved, printed or captured by recipients, and does not revoke rights already granted to providers under their terms.
For an artwork, copyright, trademark or impersonation report, email vpalle.support@proton.me with the card link, the disputed material, your relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact you. We will review the report and may request further information. This is a general reporting channel, not a claim that Vpalle qualifies for copyright safe-harbor protection.
Acceptance record
We record the account, acceptance time, terms version, card or profile reference, and a fingerprint of each newly saved image. The record does not verify ownership. New or replaced images require confirmation; editing text or keeping existing artwork does not.
